The app enabled admins to configure event details, receptionists to check in customers, and sales agents to facilitate property purchases and contract creation. This solution effectively addressed challenges like managing customer footfall, synchronizing data with SAP, and securely handling customer information, while enhancing the overall efficiency of the sales events.
