A large-scale financial district development initiative focused on building a dedicated fit-out management portal for tenants and internal stakeholders to streamline coordination across the fit-out lifecycle. The platform enabled structured document management, allowing users to securely share, store, and approve tenancy-related documents. By centralizing communication and workflows, the solution improved collaboration between all parties involved, resulting in faster approvals, enhanced transparency, and increased overall efficiency in managing the fit-out process.

Delphi partnered with a leading healthcare organization to enable integration between the Shafafiya portal and DHPO, creating a middleware “Post Office” solution for seamless data exchange between healthcare providers. A leading FMCG organization in the dairy, juice, and poultry sector modernized its reporting ecosystem to improve scalability and decision-making. The transformation involved migrating from legacy QVD-based logic and traditional reporting tools to a cloud-based data platform powered by Snowflake, supported by interactive Power BI dashboards. The initiative focused on value chain reporting, including Order Monitoring, Sales Performance, Wastage Analysis, and Forecasting.
